• Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery  
• Product must be unused and in original condition  
• Tags and packaging must be intact  

Exchange is subject to product availability.

• Share clear photos/videos  

After verification, we will provide:

✔ Refund (if replacement not available)

• We cover shipping for damaged products
