We do not accept returns for products once delivered, unless the item is damaged or defective.

### 2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange under the following conditions:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition  
• Original packaging and tags must be intact  

Exchange is subject to product availability.

### 3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
• Share clear photos/videos as proof  

After verification, we will offer:

✔ Replacement of the product  
OR  
✔ Refund (if replacement is not available)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (for exchanges)  
• In case of damaged/defective products, we will cover the shipping cost
